Our Mission
Palm Beach Academy of Sports and Arts is dedicated to providing students with a rigorous, well-rounded education that integrates academic excellence with athletic development and artistic expression. We empower students to achieve their fullest potential through innovative instruction, character development, and a supportive learning environment that prepares them for success in college, career, and life.

Who We Are
Palm Beach Academy of Sports and Arts is a Florida public charter school serving students in Palm Beach County. As a public school of choice, we offer families an alternative educational pathway that combines high academic standards with specialized programming in sports and the arts.
Our school operates under a charter agreement with the School District of Palm Beach County and is governed by an independent Governing Board committed to transparency, accountability, and student success.

School Governance
Palm Beach Academy of Sports and Arts is governed by a volunteer Governing Board responsible for ensuring the school fulfills its charter obligations, maintains fiscal responsibility, and achieves its academic mission.
Governing Board meetings are open to the public in accordance with Florida's Government in the Sunshine Law (Section 286.011, Florida Statutes). Meeting agendas, minutes, and schedules are posted on this website.

Our History
Palm Beach Academy of Sports and Arts builds upon a legacy of community commitment to youth development in Palm Beach County. Our founder, Martintoch Mark Roseme, has dedicated nearly two decades to serving at-promise youth through education, mentoring, and athletic programs.
What began as community-based youth programs has evolved into a full-service public charter school, bringing the same passion for student success into a comprehensive K-12 educational setting. Our history of collaboration with community partners, commitment to student achievement, and belief in the transformative power of education continues to guide our work today.
Accountability & Transparency
As a Florida public charter school, Palm Beach Academy of Sports and Arts:
- Participates in Florida's statewide assessment and accountability system
- Publishes annual school grades and performance data
- Maintains transparent financial records and undergoes annual independent audits
- Operates in compliance with all applicable state and federal education laws
